The responses from clinicians based at Edinburgh Dental Specialists represent the opinions of the individuals providing them and for the avoidance of doubt do not represent the views of Edinburgh Dental Specialists. Any responses provided under the soundboard service are based upon the information provided by you and shall not remove the need for a full and comprehensive clinical examination by you, your discussion with the patient regarding the treatment options and your formulation of a final treatment plan. Neither Edinburgh Dental Specialists, nor any individual clinician, accept any liability for any loss or damage that may arise.
You shall ensure that you hold the requisite consent under all relevant data protection legislation to permit the sharing of any information. When making a request, you shall ensure that you do not include the full name of a patient, or any identifiable data in relation to a patient is redacted.
For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this disclaimer excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of an individual clinician.
