Dental implants have certainly revolutionized our ability to resolve functional problems. For many patients however implants are not practical or feasible. In these situations designing a denture that meets the challenges can be extremely emotionally rewarding for both patient and clinician.
Integral to our ability to meet these challenges is our dental laboratory. The technologists have developed the aesthetic skills to be able to create lifelike restorations that are indistinguishable from the real dentition even for close up photographs. Retaining the dignity and privacy of your patient is paramount. In the construction of partial denture solutions we try and achieve a design which plans for possible further tooth loss without the need for a remake. While cobalt chrome support is predominantly used we rarely allow clasping to be visible preferring to opt for special attachments or equipoise style designs. We are, of course, happy to advise on any removable prosthodontic problems you may have.
